We're looking for a motivated and strategic Product Manager II to help drive the success of a diverse portfolio of products and business lines. In this role, you'll serve as a key link between customers, sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to identify market opportunities, develop product strategies, and deliver solutions that create meaningful value for our customers and our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional who enjoys balancing strategy and execution, leveraging market insights, and influencing cross-functional teams to bring products from concept through launch and beyond. As a Product Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and growing a portfolio of products while supporting the development of new offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related direct work experience in product engineering, marketing, manufacturing, or sales
  • Experience in New Product Development and Product Introduction
  • Proven success initiatives which improve profitability to reach established targets

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of products and business lines to support revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs, emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
  • Support the full product lifecycle, including concept development, feasibility analysis, product development, commercialization, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify new customer opportunities and expand market penetration.
  • Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements and innovation opportunities.
  • Facilitate collaboration among engineering, operations, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product execution.
  • Monitor product performance, market adoption, and profitability, and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, portfolio optimization efforts, and product management best practice development.
  • Develop and present product recommendations, market analyses, and business insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
