About The Position

This role involves owning the enterprise product surface that determines whether the world's largest and most complex corporate travel programs can go live. The position is hybrid in New York City, with an ASAP start date. The opportunity is to join a growing product team at a pivotal moment and help unblock, win, and deploy some of the largest corporate travel programs globally. The ideal candidate will be excited to shape the future of enterprise travel and make an immediate impact.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with significant time spent on complex, enterprise-grade B2B products.
  • A track record of working directly with large enterprise customers, including managing competing stakeholder needs and translating them into a product roadmap.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and breaking down complex, high-stakes problems (global programs, millions of users, deep configurability) into a clear, sequenced plan.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and design to ship complex workflows or admin-facing tools.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of representing customer needs and product constraints to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience prototyping and using AI tools to accelerate product delivery.
  • Willing and able to work in an open office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the core enterprise product at the heart of Spotnana's AI-native travel platform, including features, workflows, and AI agents that determine if the world's largest companies can go live.
  • Maintain a definitive, prioritized view of blockers for demanding buyers and administrators using Spotnana, and develop a plan to resolve them.
  • Manage direct relationships with large, complex customers and collaborate with sales, deployment, and support teams to quickly understand real-world problems.
  • Translate enterprise administrator needs into shipped product, increasingly leveraging AI to automate tasks previously done by humans.
  • Oversee the single-pane experience and its underlying AI agents, enabling administrators to manage global, multi-million-dollar travel programs from a single interface.
