About The Position

In Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), we provide platforms, services, and security operations capabilities which enable the firm to produce successful client and shareholder outcomes securely and safely. Securing our IT assets, data, and access to applications is the core of who we are and what we do. We ensure only the appropriate entities have access to IT resources and that we implement proven approaches and standards to ensure a safe and congruent environment is maintained. The Cybersecurity Product & Portfolio Management organization within SCS has an opportunity for a Authentication and Authorization (IAM) Product Manager position. The Cybersecurity Product & Portfolio Management organization includes Product Management, Portfolio Management, Execution Services and Business Partner Services. The Authentication and Authorization (IAM) Product Manager is responsible for the IAM product capability roadmap, technology enablement to elevate capabilities and close collaboration with product owners, architects and peer roles; hardening and ensuring the integrity and proactive posture of the Authentication and Authorization services that make up the Product.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
  • Confidence presenting and tailoring messaging to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership

  • Ability to adapt with emerging platforms and technologies through new and evolving cybersecurity trends and demands, changing customer trends, among other influences
  • A passion for innovation, simplification, automation and commitment to ‘enabling’ the Schwab Cybersecurity mission
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple deliverables with minimal direction, instinct and drive to collaborate, seek knowledge and drive outcomes
  • 5+ years product management or strategic planning experiences
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Product management experience in financial services
  • Cybersecurity experience and / or exposure within the cybersecurity environment is a notable differentiator
  • Cybersecurity related certification(s)
  • Authentication and Authorization / IAM experience in a product owner or product manager capacity
