About The Position

The Product Manager, IA Enablement provides broad product leadership across the enablement pillar's portfolio: the internal automation platform, citizen developer tooling and experience, and AI-enabled products and reusable agents. This role brings product thinking, a clear vision, and outcome-based prioritization to treat Mayo Clinic's internal automation and AI capabilities as products, with users, value metrics, and intentional roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IA Enablement portfolio of offerings.
Treat the internal automation platform (UiPath stack, shared services, reusable agents) as a product with measurable user outcomes.
Own the product experience for citizen developers, including tooling, documentation, support, and self-service.
Define and prioritize reusable AI-enabled products (e.g., shared agents, accelerators, templates) that amplify delivery across pillars.
Partner with the Senior Manager, Program Manager, and Senior BA on discovery, experimentation, and measurement.
Translate user needs into prioritized backlogs and clear outcomes for engineering and enablement teams.
Own the lifecycle of internal products, including sunset decisions, upgrades, and platform evolution.
Evangelize product practice across pillars and build shared language around users, outcomes, and value.
