About The Position

LexisNexis Reed Technology has partnered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for over 50 years, providing high-quality, secure, and scalable patent data processing solutions. Our work is central to the patent ecosystem, converting unstructured submissions into searchable outputs for examiner workflows and public access. We operate in a regulated environment with stringent security, large data volumes, and complex business rules. Our focus is on modernizing legacy workflows through automation, AI, and platform transformation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and data teams is key to identifying automation opportunities, validating hypotheses, and delivering solutions that benefit internal workflows and downstream customers.
