We are seeking a Product Manager, Home Networking to support the development and lifecycle management of TP-Link Systems’ next-generation home networking products, including Mesh systems, Routers, Accessories, Extenders, Portable Wi-Fi solutions, Broadband Access Gateways, and related connected networking products. This role will work across the full product development lifecycle, helping define new products, conduct competitive analysis, coordinate cross-functional execution, and support successful product launches from concept through final shipment. The ideal candidate is passionate about connected technology, enjoys solving real customer problems, and thrives in highly collaborative environments where product, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and business teams work together to bring innovative networking products to market. This team currently supports multiple consumer home networking product categories and ecosystems spanning hardware, firmware, mobile applications, and cloud services. As TP-Link Systems continues to expand its Product Management organization, we are actively growing the team with multiple Product Manager hires, with the long-term goal of dedicated ownership aligned to individual product lines. These are newly created positions created to support the continued scaling and expansion of TP-Link Systems’ consumer home networking business. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the future of consumer networking technologies, including emerging innovations such as Wi-Fi 8, AI-enabled networking experiences, and next-generation connected home solutions. Product Managers within this organization are empowered to own products end-to-end — from understanding real customer pain points and defining product requirements, through engineering execution, launch planning, go-to-market coordination, and ongoing customer feedback analysis after launch. At TP-Link Systems, Product Management is not limited to writing PRDs and handing work to engineering teams. Product Managers are expected to actively drive the entire product development lifecycle by collaborating closely with R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, supply chain, industrial design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products successfully reach customers and deliver meaningful user experiences.
