About The Position

Every day, Cambia’s dedicated team of Product Manager are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. We are rebuilding how Cambia’s health plan turns data into decisions — Snowflake-native, GenAI-powered, and moving toward agentic. The Senior Product Manager owns a product domain within that portfolio: the roadmap, the requirements, the delivery, and the results. You’ll report to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products and work alongside other product managers, developers, analysts, and engineering squads. This is a role for a passionate and expert data practitioner who wants to lead and own building a real data, semantics, and agentic stack — deep in the technology as a practitioner, and senior enough to understand and move the business. Cambia seeks a data leader passionate about turning health data into HEDIS insights that improve member and provider outcomes. You will own the strategy, operation, and evolution of our Snowflake-native HEDIS platform, balancing the demands of a mission-critical business capability with a vision for the next generation of agentic analytics.
