About The Position

HowGood is a mission-driven, product-led organization scaling its B2B SaaS platform, Latis. The company works with large enterprises across the food system to measure and reduce their carbon footprint, generating millions of PCFs monthly. The Chief Product Officer is seeking an experienced Growth PM to lead a dedicated growth pod, including a full-stack engineer and a growth marketer. This pod's mandate is to maximize the volume and velocity of users moving through the funnel. The Growth PM will operate alongside the core product team, focusing on rapid experimentation, quick shipping, and data-driven decision-making. This generalist role requires comfort with acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention, with a tight feedback loop, clear metrics, and the autonomy to move fast. Fluency with AI tools is expected for daily work, including drafting, analyzing, prototyping, and building lightweight internal tools, alongside an understanding of AI's limitations in B2B enterprise SaaS. HowGood has the world's largest sustainability database and has recently completed a new data model for measuring, surfacing, and acting on impact. The role is for someone excited by the challenge of bringing more people into this understanding and doing so rapidly.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time spent on growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel product work.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product metrics, with the ability to explain how a funnel was improved.
  • A track record of shipping experiments quickly and analyzing results honestly.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including comfort with SQL, experimentation frameworks, and challenging flawed analyses.
  • Experience with technical or data-heavy products.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration with engineering, sales, customer success, operations, and senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and good listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Make sharp prioritization calls on which experiments to run, keep, or kill.
  • Partner across the organization to translate usage signals into product improvements and intelligent interventions.
  • Coordinate with the core product team to ensure growth and platform work are complementary.
  • Identify opportunities from diverse inputs: usage data, customer conversations, internal stakeholder perspectives, and the broader sustainability landscape.
