About The Position

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Global Risk team! You will help define the future of technology platforms supporting governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives across the enterprise! This portfolio encompasses Information Security Risk (ISR), Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, and Internal Audit.
The Product Manager works with the product team to deliver solutions that are both valuable and feasible. They grasp the strategic direction of their product area and ensure their team clearly understands the most important opportunities and problems to address.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
• 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
• Proven track record to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in a product-driven environment
• Experienced in managing multiple priorities, leading and influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating stakeholder relationships
• Skilled at integrating varied perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions

Responsibilities

• Define and lead your product strategy aligned with enterprise goals. Collaborate with leaders to integrate customer, business, and market insights.
• Guide discovery efforts by using experimentation and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas.
• Ensure successful, goal-oriented delivery across teams. Manage dependencies, support agile practices, and deliver on roadmap commitments.
• Track product performance, ensure data-driven decisions, and evolve the product to meet changing needs and goals.
• Keep team members advised and aligned. Represent product direction, results, and strategy across teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with your peer product managers, share best practices, and help develop a strong product management culture.
