Requirements

  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end, taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12-24 months and clearly explain the reasoning.
  • Data-driven: analyze funnels, understand numbers, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Write clear specifications for engineers, covering edge cases with no open questions.
  • Systems thinker: understand the product as a whole, dependencies, and the impact of decisions.
  • Strong UX sensibility: advocate for good user experiences.
  • Comfortable working across functions (design, engineering, analytics, business stakeholders).
  • Fluency in English (C1).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in e-commerce or products with multi-step checkout flows.
  • Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or in the fundraising industry.
  • Experience with payment flows or financial products.
  • Experience using AI meaningfully in work and understanding its value and application.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap with clear priorities and reasoning.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and CSMs, and analyze data with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Write specifications for engineers, covering detailed requirements and edge cases.
  • Take features from idea to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering at every step.
  • Track product health and growth metrics (conversion, average gift size, error rates) and understand their drivers.
  • Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch to ensure they are informed.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and changes in plans.
