You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. We are looking for a product leader who can drive the strategy and evolution of our frameworks. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the development of our two key strategic frameworks, Genkit and Flutter. You will work with customers both inside and outside the company, contribute to open source, align strategic interests of Google in the developer space, and redefine experiences and software development is, in a world of artificial intelligence. You will have experience with developer Software Development Kits (SDKs), and have experience and interest in getting building solutions with our frameworks and SDKs. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building Developer Facing products.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
Experience building frameworks for Generative AI.
Experience building frameworks or tools for software developers, UI frameworks, programming languages, or developer tools.

Responsibilities

Understand app trends and associated developer and builder needs and requirements.
Drive framework product development, collaborating closely with Engineering, Outbound Product Management (OPM), Developer Relations (DevRel), and Marketing teams.
Evolve our frameworks to match the rapidly evolving needs during an industry shift to Generative AI.
Interact with our open-source communities to build an excellent understanding of our customers, and ensure we have product with excellent market fit.
Evolve the developer facing UI tools that support our frameworks.
