About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics product team, leading US Party & Product within our Hub Data product family. In this role, you’ll define strategy, drive discovery and innovation, and deliver outcomes for one of our most impactful product areas. You’ll be accountable for building and evolving foundational customer and distribution partner data products within the Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF), ensuring trusted, system‑agnostic data that powers analytics, reporting, AI, and enterprise operational use cases. Our Enterprise Data &Analytics organization provides data, insights, reports, and tools to teams and individuals throughout our business and analytics community. Needs range from understanding customer behavior to financial patterns to knowing better how we work. We dig in deeply with requests to address not just the ask, but the underlying needs for now and the future to come. You'll have the opportunity to: Own Product Strategy: Define and lead product strategy and vision for foundational Customer and Distribution Partner data products within EDF. Collaborate with leaders to integrate customer, business, and market insights. Lead discovery and Insights: Guide discovery efforts using experimentation, analytics, and stakeholder insights to identify high‑value opportunities across core data domains, including customer and partner demographics, relationships, products held, account details, and book of business. Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, value‑driven delivery of customer and partner data products across teams. Partner with engineering, Master Data Management, data governance, and third‑party providers to transform Golden Record and source data into high‑quality, consumable data views while managing dependencies and supporting agile practices. Measure & Optimize: Track product performance and adoption, using data‑driven insights to continuously evolve and optimize data products. Balance foundational data integrity with ease of consumption through standardized, aggregated, and use‑case‑specific views that support analytics, dashboards, AI, customer data platform, and operational use cases. Engage & Communicate: Keep team members informed and aligned. Represent product direction and business value across teams and leadership, ensuring data products meet access control, data minimization, and enterprise standards. Provide Leadership: Collaborate with peer product managers to share best practices, shape a strong product management culture, and drive cross-functional alignment that accelerates adoption and delivers measurable business value. Requirements

  • 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in a product-driven environment
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities, leading and influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating stakeholder relationships
  • Skilled at integrating diverse perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data and/or technical products
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end product management, with a track record of driving product maturity through strategic planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
