About The Position

This role is responsible for shaping and driving the go-to-market strategy for EMG product lines in a highly competitive and clinically critical space. The Product Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans that clearly position products in the marketplace, strengthen differentiation, and support both new product launches and ongoing portfolio growth. Working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales, this role translates market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into compelling product positioning, pricing strategies, and business plans. The individual will lead market research efforts, monitor industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance product performance and customer value. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, executional rigor, and collaborative leadership. The Product Manager plays a key role in guiding complex initiatives, supporting team members with technical and market expertise, and ensuring that projects remain aligned with quality, cost, and timeline expectations—all while contributing to a patient-first culture grounded in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex assignments and contributing to large, cross-functional projects
  • Strong technical and professional knowledge within product marketing

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a fully proficient contributor with a comprehensive understanding of product marketing within the EMG portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and product challenges
  • Proactively identify quality, process, and market risks and implement preventative solutions
  • Document, analyze, and present research findings, recommendations, and complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to colleagues and support team capability development
  • Anticipate process, capacity, and execution challenges and develop solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards
  • Manage multiple components of large, complex projects while balancing time, resources, cost, and quality objectives
  • Actively contribute to team success by demonstrating strong collaboration, accountability, agility, and respect
  • Support a patient-first culture by aligning work to organizational values and continuous improvement initiatives
