As Product Manager for our interactive digital signage line, you'll shape the future of Elo’s high-impact commercial displays — driving innovation where touch meets engagement. With success, this role could expand to include leadership of additional platforms, offering broader ownership across our interactive product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or a combination of customer-facing and engineering experience.
  • Prior product management experience in displays, compute peripherals, or related hardware fields.
  • Experience building and managing product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience engaging with customers to understand their challenges and use cases.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A strong business ownership mindset — motivated to dive in, learn quickly, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Previous experience in B2B or corporate IT environments.
  • Experience working across both hardware and software teams.
  • Familiarity with Android and/or Windows-based compute platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-regional, multicultural teams across time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive agendas across diverse teams and functions.
  • Proven success influencing strategic direction up to VP-level stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Strong organizational agility and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for commercial display solutions.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to end-of-life, including product pitches, development, and sunsetting.
  • Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) research to identify unmet needs and uncover innovation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable product requirements based on customer feedback, use cases, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver feature-rich hardware products that meet current and future market needs.
  • Support cross-functional teams in prioritizing product escalations and enhancements.
  • Partner with Marketing to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions through compelling documentation and content.
  • Support Sales by participating in customer meetings, evangelizing key use cases, and helping articulate value.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases to support cross-team alignment and customer success.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts and product processes to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
