Purpose of the role As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing your account, working collaboratively with your team, clients, and supporting functions at adm Indicia to develop, sell, and manage the end-to-end delivery of the services we provide. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience. Your proven ability to drive growth in volume, profitability, and client satisfaction is essential. A strong understanding of the impact of daily activities on the overall service as well as P&L, and the ability to manage these proactively, will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, having a confident, proactive, open, and approachable communication style, with the ability to manage and develop client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
