Product Manager, Digital Asset Platform

Broadridge•New York, NY
•$160,000 - $200,000

About The Position

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. We are seeking a client-focused, analytically strong Product Manager to own a defined product area or cross-platform initiative within our Digital Asset Platform. You will translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and deliver useful, commercially viable capabilities from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Our Digital Asset Platform mandate spans Digital Identity, Wallet, Digital Transfer Agency, Onchain Data and Intelligence, Connectivity, and governance, including Proxy and Corporate Actions. You will work across connected capabilities rather than a single silo; your initial focus will reflect business priorities and your strengths.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years in product management or closely related financial technology, platform, or market-infrastructure work, with evidence of independent delivery.
  • A record of taking a product, feature set, or meaningful platform capability from discovery through launch and post-launch improvement.
  • Working knowledge of digital assets and institutional financial workflows, with depth in at least one relevant product or infrastructure area.
  • Ability to write clear requirements, prioritize a backlog, analyze data, and lead cross-functional work without relying on reporting-line authority.
  • Experience collaborating with technology, operational, and control functions in a regulated setting, plus strong client communication and commercial judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Delivery experience connecting traditional financial services to tokenized assets, investor servicing, digital identity, wallets, or onchain governance.
  • Hands-on fluency in distributed ledgers, smart contracts, DeFi protocols, APIs, or interoperability—paired with judgment about institutional use and risk.
  • Experience with transfer agency, proxy, corporate actions, product commercialization, and client pilots that progressed into sustained use.
  • Ability to use product analytics and approved generative AI or agent tools to improve discovery, requirements, testing, and delivery with appropriate review.

Responsibilities

  • Own discovery, product definition, and roadmap execution for an assigned capability; connect its priorities to the broader platform strategy.
  • Engage clients and internal users to map current workflows, test assumptions, and identify valuable use cases across traditional and onchain infrastructure.
  • Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, and product proposals; contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog; make and communicate scope trade-offs.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver releases, validate functionality, manage dependencies, and address issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and security to build controls into the product and establish support, reconciliation, and launch readiness.
  • Plan pilots and launches with commercial and client teams; prepare enablement materials and act on adoption barriers and client feedback.
  • Define and monitor product measures for adoption, client value, quality, and economic outcomes; use those findings to improve the roadmap.
