As a Technical Product Manager in the Streaming Data Platform team, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of a platform that powers real-time data ingestion, processing, and analytics. You will collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that empower our teams and customers.

Requirements

Strong understanding of streaming data technologies such as Apache Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, AWS Kinesis, or Azure Event Hubs
Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, and modern data architectures
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Five years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

Nice To Haves

Experience in working with real-time analytics
Proficient knowledge of product development in streaming and real-time platforms
Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
Exposure to cloud technologies

Responsibilities

Collaborates with engineering, architecture, and business teams to gather requirements and prioritize features
Identifies customer needs and pain points through research and feedback, translating insights into business cases for new features
Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding platform capabilities and roadmap
Resolves stakeholder issues by providing timely support and ensuring effective communication
Translates business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
Oversees the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
Ensures the platform meets security, compliance, and reliability standards
