About The Position

Are you passionate about turning customer data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes? We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of audience, targeting, measurement, and analytics capabilities that drive data-powered marketing and advertising solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to build scalable data products across digital and customer engagement channels. You’ll own initiatives focused on audience segmentation, customer data activation, attribution, reporting, predictive analytics, and performance measurement—helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Experience building data-driven, analytics, or customer data products
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution, measurement frameworks, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics ecosystems
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3+ years in Retail Media and/or AdTech experience in Product Management
  • Exposure to predictive modeling initiatives
  • Interest in AI and emerging advertising technologies
  • Familiarity with identity resolution, customer profiles, and loyalty ecosystems
