About The Position

Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS‑Corporate is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our cyber risk solutions group. This role will drive the product roadmap for a new suite of SaaS cyber risk tools designed for CISOs, security teams, IT leaders, third‑party risk managers, and corporate executives. The products also support the cyber insurance market, including underwriters, brokers, and portfolio risk managers. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and creative, with experience in enterprise software product management and domain expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, or third‑party risk. You will manage the product lifecycle end‑to-end, integrating diverse data sources, gathering requirements through research and client engagement, developing prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Research, Development, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing. This position reports to the Managing Director for Cyber Strategy and requires both inbound (development‑focused) and outbound (client/market‑facing) product management skills.

Requirements

  • Enterprise software product management experience (required)
  • Background in cybersecurity and/or third‑party risk (strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within security, IT, or compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Skilled in product/project management, market research, technical writing, and presenting
  • Able to work independently with strong follow‑through and integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, or TPRM (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Build and apply subject‑matter expertise in cybersecurity and ISS‑Corporate’s cyber risk offerings
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development
  • Translate complex data and concepts into actionable insights
  • Create business/functional requirements and specifications
  • Clean, analyze, and visualize large quantitative and qualitative datasets
  • Develop prototypes, workflows, and user experience materials
  • Lead cross‑functional execution from concept to launch
  • Communicate product needs, updates, and issues to internal stakeholders
  • Manage product lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, and iteration
  • Gather market and client feedback through user groups and consultations
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to enhance product adoption and user experience
  • Monitor industry trends and share key insights with stakeholders
  • Provide product and domain expertise to sales and advisory teams
