This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of several high-impact teams – Growth, Spending, Financial Security, Capital Markets, or Member Engagement – all focused on delivering innovative and member-first experiences. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and member services to define and execute product strategies that drive measurable impact for our members. We’re looking for someone who combines deep customer empathy with strong analytical thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $156,300 and up to $245,100. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Chime is in-office in San Francisco Monday through Thursday every week.
