Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine About the Role The Product Manager, Consumer Marketing will be an integral member of the TREMFYA® Gastroenterology (GI) Marketing team. This position is responsible for leading and implementing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Patient initiatives within the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) market. This role reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing (DTC) & Customer Experience (Cx).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years business experience is required; immunology experience is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer, or related fields is preferred.
  • The ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
  • A willingness to embrace AI and leverage it as an enabler is critical.
  • The role requires being a self-starter, highly accountable, and having strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and social skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and work within a team, are essential for success.
  • Experience managing multiple demands and priorities, ensuring timely alignment and decision-making, is crucial to this position’s success.
  • This position is based in Horsham, PA, with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week (J&J Flex).
  • Up to 25% domestic travel, including overnight and weekend travel, may be required.
  • A deep understanding of the English language is necessary to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead external creative agencies and media partners in planning, executing, and optimizing DTC marketing programs across media channels, with a focus on Spanish-language activations—such as website, CRM, social media, video, display, search, patient engagement, custom content, POC, testimonials, and OOH.
  • Collaborate with advocacy and communications teams to identify and implement relevant patient advocacy partnerships and initiatives.
  • Work with team members to coordinate market research, gather patient insights, and support the ongoing development of the GI patient brand offering.
  • Partner efficiently with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams—including Regulatory, Medical, and Legal—to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials.
  • Develop in-office educational materials designed to support patients as they begin treatment.
  • Work closely with internal partners to help shape and execute communication, PR, and advocacy strategies.
  • Provide timely and relevant updates to the field sales team regarding DTC tactics and patient education resources.
  • Contribute to the budget, annual business, and strategic plans.
