About The Position

As Product Manager, CDP, you'll own the roadmap that turns raw customer data into smarter marketing, sharper personalization, and unforgettable digital experiences — powering everything from performance media and channel marketing to loyalty and business intelligence. You'll be the connective tissue between bold business ambition and rock-solid platform execution — partnering with Business leaders, Solution Architecture, and Production Support to make sure the platform doesn't just run, it delivers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience — you know how to ship
  • A natural at stakeholder management across technical and business teams
  • A proven ability to turn business needs into scalable, real-world solutions
  • Fluent in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and juggling shifting priorities
  • Sharp understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation
  • Skilled at making complex technical ideas click for business audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on CDP platform experience, with a strong grasp of data quality governance and consumer privacy is a plus
  • Deep familiarity with identity resolution, segmentation architecture, and cross-system data movements a plus
  • Comfort working across cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Platform Roadmap: Own and champion the CDP roadmap — where business ambition, customer value, and technical reality meet
  • Turn big-picture business needs into crisp user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria engineers love to build from
  • Call the shots on prioritization — weighing business impact, customer value, and what's realistically achievable
  • Run the show on product planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and releases
  • Team up with engineering to build scalable frameworks for data models, Data Cloud segments, and audiences powering email, SMS, paid media, personalization, and automation
  • Keep leadership and stakeholders in the loop with sharp, clear communication on roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress
  • Keep platform capabilities locked in step with a fast-moving business
  • Lead Across Teams, Rally Everyone Around the Vision: Be the go-to voice connecting CDP Platform Engineering with the business
  • Break through roadblocks, align teams, and drive decisions forward
  • Manage expectations and keep everyone excited and informed on what's coming next
  • Partner across product teams to nail dependencies and deliver big initiatives together
  • Work hand-in-hand with Solution Architecture to shape implementation approaches that just work
  • Own the Data Customer Experience: Take the reins on audience management, segmentation, and unifying the customer profile end-to-end
  • Lead activation of customer audiences across the CDP, teaming up with Marketing, Loyalty, Service Cloud, and outside platforms
  • Dig into data quality issues alongside Data and Engineering teams and get them solved
  • Translate business needs into rock-solid requirements for data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization
  • Set the standard for governance around data usage, privacy, and compliance
  • Push Innovation Forward: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging platform capabilities, including AI-driven personalization
  • Spot opportunities to level up automation, personalization, and data utilization
  • Partner with CRM, Loyalty, and Paid Media teams to bring new capabilities to life for real marketing use cases

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000/year USD.
