Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 to 3 years of product management experience within Agile development processes, preferred in Salesforce or other CRM Platforms
  • Previous experience implementing agentic AI solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and product metrics analysis
  • Proven ability to work with global teams and demonstrate strong communication skills in cross-cultural environments
  • Experience managing technical products with understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, or related field) with experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, particularly with AI/ML services and APIs
  • AI/ML certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and AI advancements within CRM platforms, including experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI-powered lead scoring, or similar CRM intelligence tools
  • Previous experience in financial services, data analytics, or business intelligence industries with understanding of enterprise customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce to enhance client business processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales teams to translate complex market requirements into actionable product features that drive measurable client outcomes
  • Manage product lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and performance metrics for AI solutions in enterprise environments
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and user experience
