Sycle is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Clinic Analytics & Reporting to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and practice analytics features. This role can be based in Denver or on the US West Coast. The position requires a strong understanding of retail metrics, sales funnel tracking, and financial reporting, ideally with experience in healthcare, EMR, or SaaS practice management. The role also involves championing Agentic AI to accelerate data analysis, automate documentation, and deliver insights to practice owners. The tech stack includes AI tools like Claude 4.6+ and GPT 5.4+, analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, Snowflake, and Mixpanel, and core systems like EHR/EMR, Practice Management, and Retail Point-of-Sale (POS).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Retail Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT.
  • Strong working knowledge of retail SaaS metrics such as sales conversion, inventory turnover, marketing ROI, revenue per patient, and ARPU.
  • Experience working with EMR, EHR, or healthcare practice management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Direct experience writing SQL queries, working with modern BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), and designing reporting data models.
  • Demonstrable capability using AI tools to streamline specification writing, data analysis, or wireframing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must include a link to your LinkedIn profile both within your resume document and in the designated application field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building analytics solutions for retail healthcare chains, optical/dental clinics, or enterprise franchises.
  • Background in data science or business intelligence engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for analytics dashboards that provide practice owners with real-time visibility into clinical health outcomes and retail sales performance, including patient conversion, device sales, clinic utilization, and revenue cycle.
  • Bridge the gap between clinical data and retail KPIs, translating complex transactional and clinical data into intuitive, executive-ready dashboards.
  • Utilize AI multi-agent workflows to rapidly model reporting queries, generate data visualization prototypes, and synthesize user feedback at scale.
  • Partner with data engineering, UX design, marketing, and client success to prioritize analytics features that drive customer retention and create new enterprise upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure all reporting data architectures comply with HIPAA standards, patient privacy mandates, and enterprise role-based access controls.
