About The Position

This role focuses on defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation catalog platform capabilities. The Product Manager will build scalable systems that power product data quality, onboarding, and lifecycle management across Walmart’s ecosystem. Key responsibilities include enabling seamless onboarding and integration of Marketplace catalogs, partnering cross-functionally to unlock new experiences for sellers and customers, and delivering high-impact platform features that improve discoverability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead complex product areas, driving roadmap prioritization, strategy, and execution with senior stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional leadership—collaborating with engineering, business, and operational teams to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience defining success metrics, shaping go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption at scale
  • Deep customer focus, with a track record of translating user pain points into innovative product solutions
  • Analytical strength—able to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and champion data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management OR 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining Walmart to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
