About The Position

As a successful Product Manager of Cardholder Experiences, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers best-in-class software solutions to enable our clients to quickly and effectively provide account management services to their cardholders. In this role you will ensure our solutions maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency through charting and executing on the product roadmap, business plan and commercialization of our product suite.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or management consulting.
  • 3+ years of building SDKs, APIs, or micro frontend modules for B2B integration.
  • 3+ years of experience years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical product requirements.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

  • Knowledge and experience of product management best practices spanning product development, product management, pricing and go-to-market.
  • Experience reviewing the technical components of products/applications, root cause investigations, and discovering new ways to improve product performance and processes.
  • Experience managing clients in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver the product roadmap execution plan and strategic initiatives to drive the enhancement and development of our cardholder management solutions leveraging market trends, client/consumer focused design thinking, compliance requirements, and client feedback.
  • Partner with technology teams to design SDKs and frontend modules that are secure, scalable, and easy for financial institutions to integrate.
  • Work closely with financial institution clients to understand their digital transformation needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with design teams and technical partners to ensure seamless user experiences and strong developer documentation.
  • Define success metrics and monitor adoption, usage, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop expertise in the intricacies of our product's technical aspects, including client application onboarding, API integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Work as the primary interface between the product and technology teams to analyze and validate business requirements and help define functional solutions.
