About the team and the role: We are looking for a Product Manager to join eBay’s C2C Seller Growth team, focused on building product experiences that help everyday sellers start selling, succeed faster, and stay engaged over time. In this role, you will own key parts of the seller journey and work cross-functionally to improve seller acquisition across our marketplace. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a meaningful product area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building customer-facing products
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with metrics and experiments
  • Experience with growth, funnels, or engagement-focused features
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Clear communication and structured problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or two-sided platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with gamification or behavioral design preferred
  • Passion for improving tools for small or individual sellers preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for seller growth initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve seller acquisition
  • Design and ship features such as seller inspiration, gamification, and education
  • Define success metrics and run experiments to validate impact
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Research
  • Balance seller ease-of-use with buyer trust and marketplace health
