As we continue to scale, we're strengthening our Product Team to enhance the foundational experiences that drive success for our users. As a Product Manager on the Business Scalability Team, you will help build the future of scalable excellence through products and platforms that empower and protect our professionals, supercharge internal teams, and transform cost centers into competitive advantages. This work ensures our platform is frictionless, enables smooth internal operations, protects against abuse and fraud, and empowers our internal teams to support customers effectively. You will think creatively about how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to build intelligent systems that scale effortlessly. You will define product priorities and partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to build robust, innovative solutions that safeguard the user experience and strengthen platform integrity. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS or startup environments; bonus for experience with internal tools and/or trust & safety platforms
  • Strong ownership mindset – you take full accountability for outcomes, drive projects forward with minimal oversight, and proactively solve problems before they become blockers
  • Creative problem solver who thinks beyond conventional solutions and explores innovative approaches to complex challenges
  • Curious and AI-forward – actively explores how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to solve customer and operational problems; stays informed on industry trends and experiments with new tools
  • Impact-oriented with execution rigor – focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail throughout the product development process
  • Demonstrated ability to drive features from concept to launch, partnering closely with design and engineering to execute with quality and speed
  • Solid product intuition with the ability to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and contribute to the product vision
  • Passionate about empowering independent business owners; brings empathy and a customer-first mindset to everything they build
  • A clear, concise communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional partners and build alignment across the team

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product execution—from zero to one to scale—bringing customer facing experiences, new internal tools and trust & safety systems from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
  • Own and prioritize the roadmap, balancing external customer needs with internal team needs, operational efficiency, and platform integrity with broader business impact.
  • Move fast and build. Rapidly test, iterate, and deliver high-quality tools and systems.
  • Think creatively about problems and explore innovative approaches, including AI-powered solutions, to build smarter, more scalable systems that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
  • Deeply understand operational workflows, customer support pain points, and trust & safety risks to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate threats.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Ops, Risk, Sales, and Support.
  • Set ambitious goals and define clear success metrics. Analyze outcomes, gather feedback, and refine quickly to maximize impact.
  • Own the narrative. Communicate priorities, decisions, and learnings with clarity and influence—from leadership to internal tool users on the frontlines.
