About The Position

The Product Manager, Associate Director within DTCC's Technology Research & Innovation (TRI) group leads product initiatives that evaluate, develop, and scale emerging technology capabilities with potential strategic value for DTCC and the financial services industry. The role combines product management, AI, research, and business strategy, taking ownership of complex and ambiguous opportunities and translating business needs and technology capabilities into product strategies, experiments, proofs of concept, pilots, and implementation plans. The position partners with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business teams. It identifies high-value opportunities, defines requirements and roadmaps, evaluates solutions, and guides initiatives from discovery through validation and, when appropriate, broader adoption or production. The role also promotes strong product practices across TRI, mentors less-experienced team members, and develops reusable frameworks and best practices. DTCC offers a flexible hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote. Compensation includes base pay and an annual incentive; the job posting does not specify a salary range.
