Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term product line strategies, forecasts, and annual operating plans that align with business goals and drive sustained growth.
• Lead product introduction planning and execute the full marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) to ensure strong market entry and lifecycle performance.
• Lead pricing decisions across the product lifecycle to balance competitiveness, profitability, and market positioning.
• Ensure consistent product branding and lead internal and external communications to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
• Use market research to define clear differentiation strategies and position products effectively against competitors in target markets.
• Proactively address customer feedback and resolve product-related issues to improve overall experience and loyalty.
• Manage products from launch through obsolescence, making data-driven decisions on enhancements, promotions, and retirement timing.
• Collaborate across global teams to drive profitability, improve processes, and coach Associate Product Managers to build capability and performance.
