TLDR's Applied AI team builds the agent-first operating layer the company runs on, which includes the internal platform, skills, managed agents, and command centers used daily by go-to-market, ops, and leadership. Demand for these tools is growing across all functions, and currently, all triage and product judgment for these systems rests with a single individual. This is the first dedicated Product Manager hire for this area. In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for triaging incoming requests, investigating them to understand the underlying problem, shaping them into build-ready specifications, and routing them appropriately. They will also redesign current business processes into their productized, agentic forms. The Product Manager will own the roadmap and lifecycle of internal surfaces such as team command centers, including how changes are communicated to dependent teams. A key aspect of the role involves partnering with auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling to enable self-deployment of specifications. Additionally, the Product Manager will collaborate with the Strategy & Ops team, where Strategy & Ops owns the functional requirements of a process, and the Product Manager owns the agentic version of that process.
