About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager – Analytics & AI to drive the strategy and execution of intelligent capabilities across Resideo’s software portfolio. This includes the Resideo Technician App, Resideo Connect App, and Resideo One Portal , all powered by Resideo’s FORTIQ platform. This role will define and deliver a cohesive AI and analytics vision that enhances user experiences, simplifies workflows, and enables smarter home and building management. You will play a critical role in scaling data-driven capabilities that reduce friction, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in analytics, AI, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex product environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through product innovation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IoT, smart home, or connected device ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enterprise software solutions.
  • Background in improving operational efficiency and customer experience metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and execute a unified AI and analytics strategy across Resideo’s digital ecosystem.
  • Translate business goals into scalable product capabilities and data solutions.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with teams across Software, Video, HVAC, Plumbing, Safety, and Security to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Align stakeholders around product priorities and shared outcomes.
  • Enhance User Experience: Identify opportunities to simplify installation and setup processes.
  • Improve task success rates, completion rates, and overall user engagement.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Use analytics to identify optimization opportunities across products and workflows.
  • Drive improvements that reduce support calls, operational costs, and friction.
  • Deliver Measurable Impact: Increase product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Improve customer satisfaction metrics including NPS and CSAT.
  • Support revenue growth and customer retention through data-driven decisions.
  • Execute AI Vision: Ensure consistent implementation of AI capabilities across platforms.
  • Champion intelligent automation and predictive insights that differentiate Resideo products.
