About The Position

Motorq is building out its AI product layer, a cross-cutting set of capabilities that powers every customer segment. This includes agentic workflows, AI-driven insight engines, developer-facing interfaces, and guardrails for reliable AI in enterprise fleet environments. The Product Manager - AI will own this layer end to end, defining what gets built, why it matters, and how it reaches customers. This role involves working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to move fast, run pilots, and iterate based on customer outcomes across various use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B product management experience.
  • At least 2 years delivering AI-powered or data-driven products in production.
  • Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade software with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading data, defining metrics, and building a case from evidence.
  • Hands-on customer discovery skills, including running interviews and separating signal from noise.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluation) to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment, writing specs, and customer presentations.

  • Background in automotive, mobility, fleet management, or connected vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the AI product roadmap, balancing near-term customer impact with long-term platform differentiation.
  • Own the success of shipped products by defining working criteria, setting measurable targets, and tracking them.
  • Conduct customer discovery, manage pilots, and translate learnings into crisp requirements.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to shape the packaging and pricing of AI capabilities across customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to scope, build, and launch AI features, including LLM-powered insight engines and multi-step agent workflows.
  • Define AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and reliability standards for enterprise fleet customers.
  • Work with Design and User Research to create interfaces that make complex AI outputs understandable and actionable for fleet operators.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify pilot customers, gather feedback, and drive post-launch adoption.
  • Contribute to how AI capabilities are exposed via Motorq's technical interfaces and developer portal.
