About The Position

Our client is an AI-native social commerce company building intelligent software that helps major consumer brands understand, engage, and convert audiences across social platforms. The company is post-product-market fit and entering a significant growth phase, backed by leading venture investors and founded by experienced technology leaders. The team operates with a high-ownership, high-velocity culture where products ship frequently and PMs have significant autonomy over major product areas. This is an opportunity to join during an important growth stage and own meaningful AI product initiatives from discovery through launch, working closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience, with 3–5+ years preferred.
• Strong experience owning customer-facing products at high-caliber technology companies.
• Demonstrated career progression with clear promotions and increasing responsibility.
• Experience building and launching AI-forward products.
• Strong ownership of products or features from discovery through launch.
• Experience operating in high-velocity environments where products are shipped and iterated quickly.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience building AI-powered products.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on AI product development.
• Experience with generative AI, prompting systems, AI workflows, intelligent automation, or data-driven decision systems.
• Comfortable understanding technical concepts and translating them into product strategy.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping / vibe coding and using AI tools to explore and validate product ideas.
• Strong product sense with the ability to identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into high-impact products.
• Experience working directly with customers or customer-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of user experience and consumer-facing products.
• Ability to define product metrics and use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
• Strong ability to balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• High ownership and strong bias toward execution.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Product Development: Own end-to-end product development for AI capabilities, from customer discovery and problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Lead development of AI-powered workflows, including generative prompting systems, intelligent decision engines, and automation capabilities.
• Translate customer needs and business opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped products.
• Drive Product Strategy & Measurement: Identify high-impact opportunities across AI-powered social engagement, personalization, intelligence, and automation.
• Define product success metrics and use data to guide product decisions and iteration.
• Track metrics such as accuracy, conversion, engagement, automation impact, and user adoption.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows and continuously identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Ship & Iterate Quickly: Take ownership of substantial product initiatives from day one.
• Operate effectively in an environment where priorities evolve quickly and decisions need to be made with incomplete information.
• Ship products rapidly, gather feedback, and iterate continuously.
• Balance speed, customer needs, technical constraints, and long-term product strategy.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and customer-focused teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly across the organization.
• Work directly with executive leadership on strategic product initiatives.
• Help shape the company's broader AI product strategy as the organization scales.
