About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager with a focus on AI to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, coupled with experience in AI technologies and agile development methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging AI to drive business outcomes and enhance user productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, business, or relevant work experience.
7-10 years of product management experience.
Experience with global large-scale enterprise business and system transformations.
Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.
Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes and articulate them to business processes.
Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong people skills, with a distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; ability to effectively facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues.

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree.
Experience with industry-leading AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services, Amazon Bedrock or AWS SageMaker.
Demonstrated success in leveraging these technologies to design scalable, intelligent solutions that enhance user productivity, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience in working in CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage the product lifecycle for AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI features.
Leverage industry-leading AI ecosystems (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker) to design scalable, intelligent solutions.
Enhance user productivity and automate workflows through AI-driven features.
Drive measurable business outcomes through the implementation of AI technologies.
Understand the impact of technical changes on business processes and communicate these impacts effectively.
Work effectively within a Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.
Motivate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Facilitate teams to successful issue resolution and manage conflicts effectively.
