About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager to support our AI Security products portfolio. You’ll help drive strategic execution, translate product goals into actionable roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions that safeguard the Bank’s digital infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
  • 3+ years’ experience in working with Information Security or Information Technology.
  • Experience in Regulatory, Compliance, Risk or Audit functions.
  • Experience with cloud or application security platforms and tooling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership through influence across multiple types of stakeholders
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organization
  • Experience in working with complex processes

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into actionable deliverables, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive secure-by-default and shift-left principles across AI Security workstreams.
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling; actively participate in Agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Align with compliance, risk, and audit teams to integrate control requirements; support governance forums and communicate delivery progress.
  • Define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate vendor onboarding and validation activities.
  • Track delivery metrics, analyze adoption and value realization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and decisions; assist with release planning and feature implementation.
  • Tune tools based on feedback and risk exposure; support control design to address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
