The Product Manager will own a meaningful product domain within Cisco AI Defense end to end, from customer and market problem discovery through strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role develops a 12–18 month domain strategy and translates it into a multi-quarter roadmap with defined outcomes, milestones, success measures, and prioritization choices. The position requires deep knowledge of the domain’s customer workflows, technical architecture, ecosystem, security landscape, and emerging technologies. The Product Manager works directly with enterprise customers, security teams, AI builders, partners, field teams, Engineering, and Design to understand customer problems and develop scalable product capabilities. The role owns product discovery and requirements, contributes to technical and prioritization trade-offs, and uses adoption, usage, quality, customer, and business signals to measure outcomes. The Product Manager remains engaged through readiness, documentation, enablement, launch, adoption, feedback, and iteration. The role also provides product leadership in ambiguous and rapidly changing areas, builds partnerships across Cisco teams, identifies shared platform capabilities and integrations, and communicates strategy, priorities, technical trade-offs, and outcomes to customers, partners, internal teams, and leadership. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work a few times a week at the Milpitas or Seattle office. The application window is expected to close on 11/12/2026. The posted starting salary range for U.S. and/or Canada locations is $171,600–$245,000, with location-specific ranges also provided in the posting.
