About The Position

Glean is seeking a Product Manager for Glean Model Hub to evaluate LLM models, define the roadmap for growing Glean’s LLM portfolio, manage relationships with inference and model providers, and determine product strategy for allowing customers to experiment with different LLMs. This role will own projections of LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning while driving customer enablement and their upgrade adoption journey for the latest LLMs and LLM-native capabilities. The position involves deep customer engagement to understand their knowledge needs, developing key product roadmap elements by aligning customer needs with product vision, empowering the team with context and direction, driving customer-focused decisions and efficient execution, coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams, and building scalable processes for rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies
  • Primarily serving large enterprises
  • Responsibilities spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience with both UX and API driven products
  • Experience with 3rd party product partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Learning and growth mindset
  • Mission-first mindset and understanding that success is measured by product and team success
  • Early adopter in building with or adopting AI for your own product craft
  • Excited about helping customers accelerate their own AI adoption journey
