Your Role As a Product Manager on the Intake and Collaboration team, you will shape how work enters Zip and how users collaborate around it – from AI-powered intake and self-service configuration to chat, notifications, mobile, and Slack/Teams integrations. You will define the experience layer that makes participation seamless for requesters, infrequent users, and off-platform collaborators.
