About the position
Oddball is seeking an experienced, data-driven, delivery-focused Product Manager to lead their engineering efforts and ensure the seamless delivery of various products for their federal clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design and creation of these products, with a focus on solving the client's big problems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience leading cross-functional agile teams, and an understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Sales. Federal work experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for federal clients
- Focus on ensuring that products solve the client's big problems
- Lead and manage cross-functional agile teams that deliver user-facing products
- Utilize data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements to solve problems and drive solutions with development teams
- Demonstrate strong domain knowledge, leadership, communication, intellectual aptitude, strategic visioning, and analytical decision-making skills
- Maintain quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients
- Have 4+ years of full product lifecycle experience with technically focused companies
- Understand multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, etc.
- Have federal work experience (preferred)
- Be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Be able to attain low-level security clearance
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree
