Responsibilities
- Manage perm recruitment processes end-to-end, including building talent pools, guiding candidates through interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Take ownership of client relationships, managing accounts, winning new business through strategic outreach and networking, negotiating terms, and selling talent solutions while managing client expectations.
- Build a candidate network across product managers, senior individual contributors, and leadership profiles.
- Develop and engage a talent and client community within the product management space to become the go-to recruiter.
