Role Overview: As a Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving and developing the product vision strategy and roadmap. You will work with key stakeholders to understand requirements build partnerships and provide technology solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered with quick time to market. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience.
Expert proficiency in Product Development Strategy
High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

Experience in Health Care is highly recommended with exposure to Provider Directory
Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Product Management is suggested

Responsibilities

Lead cross functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives
