SUMMARY: As a Product Management Lead Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping data and analytics products that help improve healthcare outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will drive outcomes that move products and teams forward by: Translating business goals into clear product strategies that deliver measurable value Leading end-to-end execution of new products and product enhancements within Intelligence Solutions Research Services Coordinating cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum Owning project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, while adapting plans as priorities evolve Anticipating risks and challenges early, communicating them clearly, and leading thoughtful mitigation strategies Making informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact Managing multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus and delivery excellence Communicating progress, insights, and recommendations with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to frontline teams Partnering with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in support of long-term growth IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: 5+ years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field; Bachelor's Degree in related field Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex initiatives from concept through execution Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience managing product backlogs and working in agile or hybrid delivery models Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools Experience supporting Real World Evidence (RWE), patient-reported outcomes, or digital transformation initiatives If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,100 - 126,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex initiatives from concept through execution
