About The Position
Pebl is seeking a Product Management Intern to own a significant part of their Talent Solution track. This role involves transforming Pebl from an Employer of Record (EOR) provider into a comprehensive global hiring platform, assisting businesses with international hiring decisions, candidate selection, and compliance. The intern will not be shadowing but will be responsible for a specific problem, writing specifications, collaborating with engineers and designers, and seeing their work launched within the 12-week internship period.
Requirements
- Rising junior, senior, or MBA student with an interest in product management.
- Strong written communication skills, capable of transforming ambiguous problems into clear, structured documents.
- Analytical instinct, comfortable asking 'why' and working with data.
- Self-starter attitude, able to drive work forward independently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with B2B SaaS.
- Experience with HR tech.
- Experience with global employment.
- Prior PM internship or side project with a shipped product.
Responsibilities
- Research international hiring strategies through competitive analysis and customer interviews to define product direction.
- Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and define product features.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship features, managing acceptance criteria and scope trade-offs.
- Track post-launch usage metrics for the developed features.
