About The Position

Panduit is seeking a Product Management Intern to support the Enterprise Infrastructure (ROAR) Product Management team. The internship involves contributing to live projects supporting copper and fiber-optic cable, connectors, equipment racks, and cable-management products used in smart buildings, broadband fiber-to-the-home, and data-center applications. The intern will learn about product management across the product lifecycle and help the team understand customers, stakeholders, products, and competitors. The summer intern program also offers opportunities to connect with interns across Panduit and attend presentations by company leaders.

Requirements

• Be at least a junior in a four-year degree program.
• Be pursuing a business or technical major.
• Have experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation.
• Be a team player with a strong desire to contribute and learn.
• Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Panduit will not sponsor work visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn current product families and review competitor information.
• Gather technical data and create product-specific collateral.
• Combine technical specifications and marketing copy to highlight products for promotion.
• Review internal products and competitive examples to learn about competitive positioning.
• Create SWOT analyses and present insights in a teachable format.
• Support financial analysis.
• Drive or contribute to a new-product business case, including market and competitive analysis.
• Support AI application development.
