About The Position

Lennox (NYSE: LII) is seeking a Product Management Intern to assist with product management initiatives across the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing support. This role involves supporting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify product opportunities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support, and will help gather, document, and prioritize product requirements and business needs. Additionally, the intern will assist with tracking product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and support the creation of product documentation, presentations, training materials, and business cases. Analysis of product performance metrics and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, participation in product planning meetings, and assistance with product launch activities are also key responsibilities. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge tech and trends shaping the HVAC and manufacturing industries, and provides opportunities for learning and development through workshops and training sessions.
