About The Position

Tyson Foods is seeking a driven, detail-oriented BU Product Management Intern for a year-round internship. This role offers exposure to real-world product management work, cross-functional collaboration, and impactful projects that help shape the future of food. Interns will partner closely with Product and Marketing Managers to support core business activities and new product development, gaining practical experience with data, financial reporting, product availability, and marketing materials. The program emphasizes hands-on experience with meaningful projects, skill development in technical, analytical, and professional areas, and opportunities for exposure and networking with leaders across multiple business units. Interns will engage in company events and initiatives focused on innovation, learning, and sustainability, with high-performing individuals potentially considered for full-time opportunities post-graduation.

Requirements

  • Education: Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related majors preferred.
  • Junior or Senior standing preferred, with at least one year of school remaining.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with multiple levels of leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Special Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multitask in a dynamic environment, and eager to learn.
  • Location: Must live within 60 miles of Tyson Foods’ Springdale, AR World Headquarters and be able to work on-site.

  • Previous office or work experience preferred.
  • Experience with other MS Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Unit Product Management team with day-to-day and project-based work.
  • Assist with inventory management, product availability tracking, financial and performance reporting, and data research.
  • Help develop marketing and product materials, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support new product development and launch activities, including timelines, documentation, and coordination.
  • Participate in product quality cuttings, recaps, and related analysis.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations used by leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance.
