Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management.

Responsibilities

  • All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s).
  • Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
  • Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues.
  • Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
  • May also support proposal and negotiations.
  • Presents to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, sr. VP) on technical discipline and business solutions.
  • Works with cross business teams.
  • Handles very complex project processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.
  • Handles important business unit clients.
  • Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients.
