About The Position

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Product Management Team! The Product Management Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Requirements

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
• Data Analytics, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Related Major Preferred
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with an Analytics and/or Finance intern to develop a standardized New Product Launch Dashboard that provides a consistent view of launch performance across product lines.
• Create a repeatable, standardized launch performance dashboard that gives Product Management and leadership a consistent way to assess new product performance, identify opportunities or issues early, and make better-informed decisions throughout the product launch lifecycle.
