Product Management Associate (Innovation & Marketing)
About The Position
The Product Management Associate is an entry-level product development, product management, and product marketing role intended to prepare high-potential individuals for promotion to Product Manager in approximately two years. The position offers broad exposure to product management, fragrance development, innovation, and business operations while building skills for a long-term product management career. Working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, the associate learns the business, identifies opportunities for growth and improvement, and contributes to developing air fresheners that delight consumers. This is a full-time, in-person position in Watertown, New York.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the Little Trees business, products, consumers, and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor consumer, customer, competitive, and market trends to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze sales data to uncover insights and support marketing, brand, and development decisions.
- Lead and support product management projects, including new air freshener fragrance development, design and packaging updates, product improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Draft product briefs, fragrance briefs, and creative briefs to guide internal and external partners.
- Participate in product development and innovation projects from concept through launch.
- Participate in brand management and marketing projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to solve business challenges and execute key initiatives.
- Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures and other business documentation.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
